All-Ukrainian Charitable Foundation “Heart to Heart” conducts public activities to develop the volunteer movement in our country. The organization of fundraising in the frame of the charity event is only one of the methods of achieving this goal. The main objectives of the Foundation: the development of the volunteer movement in Ukraine according to the principles of European standards; attracting public attention to charity through the use of a transparent reporting system; education of responsibility and formation of moral values of young people in Ukraine; improving the situation with the availability of quality medical equipment in children’s regional hospitals of Ukraine.

During 2006-2020 with the support of public organizations, student and student self-government bodies, educational institutions, state and local self-government bodies, mass media, business structures raised 42,786,419.30 UAH for medical equipment which was transferred to territorial medical associations of each region of Ukraine.

The action takes place in all regions of Ukraine during 3 weeks in spring and is accompanied by a large number of concerts, performances, competitions, sports competitions, trainings. Fundraising is carried out during the final of the action. Volunteers stick the logo, a red heart, to everyone who has joined. The course of the event is covered in the media.

The result of the action «Heart to Heart» is about 100,000 volunteers all over Ukraine educated in the spirit of responsibility and selflessness and the availability of medical equipment in regional children’s hospitals with free public use. The «Heart to Heart» Foundation is a stable platform for uniting of not indifferent Ukrainians who seek to improve the country on their own. This year « Heart to Heart» Foundation is organizing the 16th All-Ukrainian charity event «Heart to Heart» under the slogan «Healthy Babies! », which will run from April 1 to September 30, 2021. The funds will be raised for purchase of neonatological medical equipment for children’s hospitals in Ukraine.
