The Peace Patrol

«The Peace Patrol» is a project which unites volunteers who are coming from all over the country to the Woodstock Ukraine Festival and the finale of the «Heart to Heart» charity event in order to help organize them.

The idea of the Ukrainian Peace Patrol was borrowed from the Polish Pokojowego Patrolu. Within the framework of the project in Poland more than 160 training sessions have been conducted, and so far more than 7,000 persons have attended them since the inception of the project. They enable the largest festival in Europe Przystanek Woodstock to take place. When the scale of our Woodstock Ukraine Festival began to grow, there was a need to train volunteers to ensure the safety of our visitors as well as the safety of the volunteers themselves. Thus, 20 representatives from all over Ukraine underwent their first Pokojowego Patrolu trainings in Poland.

The first call is addressed to young people who are involved in the work of the Foundation. One thing should be admitted: working as a member of the Patrol is completely voluntary. During the festival, the Patrol members are provided with a place to stay, meal and access to locations where visitors are not allowed to enter. You will participate in organizing one of the largest festivals in Ukraine. Since that time, the Peace Patrol has been the backbone for ensuring the organization of all subsequent Woodstock Ukraine festivals.
